Cristián Barriga Domínguez

 

Economist and Masters in Finance from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile

 

For 18 years Mr. Barriga served in executive roles at top-tier financial institutions. He was Head of Corporate Banking at ING Barings Bank and Senior Managing Director of Santiago Asesorías Financieras at Banco Santiago. He has focused on the structuring and placement of debt and equity issues for medium enterprises.

 

He has provided multiple advisory services in the fields of company valuation, partner seeking, project financing, design and implementation of financial plans, and development of value-adding strategies, among others.

 

Mr. Barriga joined Invector in January 2016 as Director of Corporate Finance.
